Mindful Classroom

Mindful Classroom – Mindful Meditation Australia
Years 1–6 · Australian Curriculum Aligned

A complete wellbeing program for the mindful classroom

Our year-long program delivers engaging video lessons designed for the digital blackboard — press play and the lesson runs itself. Teachers can learn alongside their students, take a quiet moment, or step away to handle something urgent. Students build a real understanding of stress, big feelings, and how their brains work, and gain practical tools for calm, focus, and resilience — year after year.

Why Mindful Classroom

Wellbeing skills that stick

In the same way children learn to read and write, they can learn to understand their minds. Mindful Classroom builds that capability steadily, from Year 1 through to Year 6.

🧠

Brain-Based Learning

Age-appropriate neuroscience — Wise Owl, Watchdog, flipping your lid — helps students understand their own minds and emotional responses.

🌿

Practical Tools for Life

Breathing, meditation, and mindfulness techniques students can use anywhere, any time — in the classroom, at home, or on the oval.

📚

Curriculum Aligned

Designed to meet Australian Curriculum (ACARA) Health and Physical Education standards across all primary year levels.

🤝

Builds Resilience Year on Year

A sequential journey that grows capability and confidence from the inside out, with each year building on the last.

🎬

Ready-to-Deliver Video Lessons

Engaging video lessons mean any teacher can deliver high-quality mindfulness sessions — no prior training required.

🏫

Whole-School Approach

A shared language and consistent practice across every classroom creates a calmer, more connected school culture.

“Our students have genuine tools now — not just something they do for five minutes on a Friday. You can see it in how they handle conflict, how they settle themselves, how they talk about their feelings.”
— Primary School Teacher, WA
